Refund policy
Full priced items: Full priced items are eligible for a full refund as long as they meet all return eligibility requirements
Black Friday: Items included in the Black Friday sale are eligible for a store credit as long as they meet all return eligibility requirements.
Sale Items: Sale items are eligible for a store credit as long as they meet all return eligibility requirements.
Exchanges: If you require a different size or colour, please place a new order for this item so it does not sell out. Once your original order is received by Ciao Bella Dresses your refund will be processed as per above
Faulty Items: If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us via email with photos of the fault. If deemed faulty, we will organise a return shipping label for you to send the item back to us for a refund, repair or replacement, or may offer a discount for you to keep the item. Please send through a return request via our portal, and email photos of the fault to shop@ciaobelladresses.com.au Returns due to a fault still need to be processed through our online portal so we can generate your shipping label and all pertinent information is communicated
Final Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for return unless any faults are not disclosed at time of purchase
Return requirements:
- All original tags are attached
- There are no marks including makeup and deodorant marks
- There are no strong scents of body odour, perfume etc
- There are no holes or pulls
- All zips and fastenings are functional
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- You are able to post the item back within 28 days of receiving it (as long as item is lodged at post office before the 28 days you are within the return window)
- All original tags are attached

Processing Times: Once you have applied for a return, this will be accepted within 2 business days. Once your item has been received by us, your return will be processed within 2 business days. Please note that your return will not be processed until it is received by Ciao Bella Dresses and the condition of the item has been checked. Please keep your tracking number handy (we suggest downloading the Australia Post tracking app) so you can track the process of your return. As Ciao Bella Dresses is based in rural WA, post may take longer than some customers may be accustomed to
Shipping Info and Postage Costs: For change of mind, the cost of postage is the responsibility of the customer. Return postage costs will be covered by Ciao Bella Dresses if the item is deemed faulty by us. Tracking number is to be provided to Ciao Bella Dresses upon lodgement of return - we suggest you lodge your return over the counter at Australia Post rather than dropping it in a post box, this will increase trackability. If you choose to return the item via unregistered post, this is at your own risk and Ciao Bella Dresses will be unable to refund or administer a credit note if the items are not received by us. Shipping costs are not refundable by Ciao Bella Dresses

If your items do not meet the return requirements, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit. If your items are assessed as not eligible, we are happy to post them back to you at your cost
