Please note: Due to several price increases from Australia Post, Ciao Bella Dresses will be increasing the minimum spend required for free or reduced shipping in Australia as of 1/6/2024.
Ciao Bella Dress endeavours to ship all orders within 3 business days, however sometimes this may be out of our control. Postage costs for orders and returns is the responsibility of the buyer. Should you need your item urgently, we suggest option for express shipping. Please contact us before placing your order if it is time sensitive so we can try to get your order out as soon as possible, or manage your expectations if we are unable to do so

SHIPPING COSTS - New Zealand
Shipping costs to new Zealand will vary depending on how many items you order. We do not currently offer free shipping to New Zealand. Costs are quoted in AUD

Ciao Bella Dresses takes no responsibility for shipping times once in the hands of Australia Post. We recommend choosing Express Post if you need an item urgently. Please note that Ciao Bella Dresses is based in Regional WA and therefore shipping may take slightly longer than some people are accustomed to. Should an item go missing in transit, we are happy to lodge a dispute with Australia Post, please let us know if you have not received your item within a week if express post or 2 weeks if regular post. We ask that if your item is missing, that only one dispute is opened at a time as having one opened by both us and the customer can slow down Australia Posts processing time as well as ours due to double handling.
